me right now the result of only having 1 weekend off a month at work management has brought in a 4 strike system for when you call in sick you'll get in trouble so everyone's getting a bug and ALL MY HOLIDAY REQWEST EXCEPT 2 HAVE BEEN DENIED ALL YEAR! one in May and one in October
