In Destiny 2's Leviathan raid you can jump onto the central structure in the Gauntlet, though it's slippery and hard to stay on. This is not useful, as you need to be elsewhere to progress, and besides, the whole raid has since become inaccessible.

Somehow Star Wars Episode 1 Racer came to mind first. Mainly because it doesn't like multiple controllers being connected, making it difficult to play on HOTAS.
