If we're talking officially escaped escaped - no tracker or anything - my sleeper would definitely plunder ruined ships + wrecks that would be more dangerous for humans...
... And I'd learn some great mushroom recipes for the humans in the crew!

6) Accept that your spell slots / spoons are minimal, and don't try to overextend. This will only make tomorrow harder. The whole aim is to make tomorrow a tiny bit better so you can do a tiny bit more the next day.

That's it. BONUS: If you can be kind and treat yourself in some way, do it.

5) While alone, spend 5 minutes forcing yourself to fake a smile, and spend 5 minutes giving yourself a massage at tense points.

4) Tell someone. I used to only tell people AFTER the slump. Don't tell someone who'll judge you for it. But voice it or write it somewhere. Acknowledge that it is real. I don't know how other people can help, but I DO feel that telling someone helps me accept that the depression is real.

Removing the tiniest one. Still. Helps. Do the smallest smallest things to make tomorrow easier. Put a dish away. Charge your phone. I was lucky yesterday in that I had the energy to both do the laundry AND have a shower, and those have both helped make today easier.

You're not trying to shift today's depression, you're trying to REDUCE tomorrow's.
3) I saw a post about a husband who, when confronted with a stressful circumstance, would go empty his bladder first, and it keeps coming back to me. Every little thing in your life CAN be a burden.

2) Don't do a thing expecting ANY change on THAT day. You will NOT do a little dance and suddenly feel better. If you accept that you will feel shit all day, it is (for me) easier to do things in the HOPE that TOMORROW will be LESS shit.

Secondly, having survived it in the past and coping with it better now, here are Matt's Personal Tips for Depressed People:
1) Drink lots of water. So much you have to keep peeing. Even at my most depressed, I've had the energy to drink water. I really think it helps.

So pretty! Are the eyes that bright or is that a reflection of the light? They look almost white in the picture.

Did you ever see the cloud cities on Venus in Cowboy Bebop? I'd live there!
