One of those Rosetta Stone movies where you see it and all the pop culture it inspired clicks into place.

It's just old enough that I wasn't too scared, but I really appreciated the characters and the general vibe.

Will try to see Weeks at some point, very interested in Years.

Last and least, my Bottom 3 of 2024.

Horizon was the first acts of four different Westerns, only two of which were remotely interesting.

Megalopolis is an obtuse manifesto and perplexing monument to hubris.

Madame Web is frustratingly close to competence, but presumably ruined by studio notes.

I had a big clear out recently.

Made peace with the fact that, even if I achieve all my diet goals, I'll probably never fit into the stuff I wore 10+ years ago while at university (especially if I go back to the gym).

But I also have a bunch that I've labelled "aspirational clothes". c:

#4 - The Hidden Fortress (1958)
#5 - Sanjūrō (1962)

Next on the list are Ikiru, Kagemusha, Rashōmon, Red Beard and The Bad Sleep Well.
