I use this one from home depot, but any indoor soil has worked for me.

This one I got decently, a few months ago, it came with 3 leafs and lost them all. It’s using the window to balance.

Yes, Alocasias tend to that when transferred to a new environment, it usually takes up to a month to acclimate to your environment, while this happens it’s gonna droop and maybe loose most of its leafs but eventually it will you a new leaf and you’re good. Just give it time.

alocasia macrorrhiza? I got one a couple of weeks ago and it’s slowly acclimating, lost a leaf but its still have 2 and it just gave me a new one but still not as cute as yours.
