I like food, and I spent about half my working life cooking professionally. I can make beautiful food, but that's not always what I want to do after work. Today I craved a breakfast sammich with fried bologna, sautéed onions over-medium egg and melted cheese on Texas Toast.

Apologies for Sadboy post. Mental Health has been almost non-existent lately. Pockets of great moods then not so much, and the people you want to talk to most are busy. Getting in my own head and overthinking everything I've ever said or done or my place in people's lives. I'm just so tired.
