It's more than that. It ruins the integrity of the Race and all hype around it. You want to essentially watch paint dry? That's on you, and it enables this behavior.

The Raid Race is an Event Destiny players look forward to, & streamers blocking the entire screens for a large majority of the raid kills all hype & interest in watching. At the very least, make it a rule going forward that blocking over 75% of your screen is not allowed if you stream.

Disqualify anyone streaming the Race that blocks their entire screen. Although streaming the Race is not required, it removes all spectacle for those watching. If those Streaming are allowed to get money for streaming the Race, it should be on full display. Otherwise, they should not stream it.
