OPM issued a memorandum to all federal agency which requires that they send an email to their employees by today Friday the 24th informing them that telework is ending. They have to return to the office. The memorandum gives no guidance on what happens to remote workers

President Biden today declared the Equal Rights Amendment (the 28th Amendment) "the law of the land, guaranteeing all Americans equal rights and protections under the law regardless of their sex."

To come into effect, the constitutional amendment would need to be formally published or certified by the National Archivist who has declined to do so in the past. What happens now is unclear.
