decent little kit by Airfix. But as i’m building it for my own shelf and not as a competition kit, i’m not going to drop all the stencils onto it.
I might hit it with a wash. i might just say “it’s done” and go to the next project.

had a chance to teach the kiddies how to shoot the M1 this weekend. One of my favorites to take to the range.
(yes i had ear plugs in. i just have big ears, so you can’t see them. don’t judge me!)

finished up this RDuck Locomotive Works kit of an 0-4-2T narrow gauge.
fun kit. Enjoyable to not stress over super fiddly stuff. Highly recommended.

finally got back to the bench, and base coats are on the Airfix Meteor. Not going crazy on this build. Will just be a quick “spray, decal, wash” job.

finally ordered myself an Aakerman ink. Also have a pen Dad bought before he passed away. not much info on it, wants to look like a Parker.

Sadly, Dad is no longer with us. One of the absolute last class of B-25 pilots. Flew KC-97’s, KC-135’s, and C-130’s with SAC and the NY ANG.
