Another half step will not stop Putin’s strikes on Ukraine. All Putin will understand is when Trump begins delivering Ukraine much-needed weapons/air defense, and when he finally permits his GOP Congress to approve broad sanctions legislation on which they have been awaiting his blessing for months.
