Focus on Lux as Support and maybe Caitlyn as ADC. They're pretty simple to get the hang of but they're powerful Champions in their own right, and they'll give you an idea of how Support and ADC play!

I promise, you're not too stupid to play it. It just takes a little getting used to! If you decide to play and you're on the NA server, I could help you out with a game sometime. Other than that, YouTube has great videos on how each role works! Look up how to play botlane, and maybe... hm.

When it comes to Champion builds, honestly just type in "[Champion name] build [game mode]" and pick a website. They'll give you recommendations on what items to get, and then you can use the in-shop recommendations for game-specific builds. 4/4

- which gives you a good basis and pool of characters to choose from. I'd also suggest using the game mode Brawl to learn how to play new Champions - there's no lanes, so you can focus on how to build their items and how to use their abilities with less pressure. 3/4

- to focus on learning Botlane (the bottom lane on the map). The champions are good for beginners and you work in a pair, so there's a little less pressure when you play your first live game (or a game against bots if you still don't feel confident)! You can either learn ADC or Support 2/4

If you want to learn League, there's actually a tutorial you have to play through in order to unlock normal gameplay! It gives you a good rundown on how Champion abilities work, what the lanes are, what minions and towers are, and how to achieve objectives. When you start, it's always best 1/4
