Oh I've only seen it do that like once, but it's a bug I think. I just hit undo and it fixed the position on its own

I just rotate it back really quick. It just takes a second, since only the head bone itself changes rotation, and not the neck.

I agree sooooo much. Princess's face is viera and I can't stand the changes to it or the smile/beam/grin etc now 😭
