Israel forced used a “double-tap” tactic—striking once, then striking again soon after as rescuers and journalists arrived. This method is widely condemned by Itnl humanitarian law because it specifically targets civilians performing rescue duties, including journalists. No justification for this.

Thanks Donna for posting. Republicans overwhelming voted to approve a $4.5 trillion tax break for ultra wealthy while Dems attempted to amend bill to protect the working class. Already this year it's projecting a $382 billion added to the federal deficit. Why did people vote for this?

Thankful for Bluesky. Removed the Facebook app from my phone and Bluesky replaced it. It's a new day. I appreciate a diversity of voices, but not being bombarded with derisive and abusive posts and comments. I'm not disengaging from the world, just finding a place of respite in the storm.
