I’m sort of exhausted all the time. Can’t quite work out if it’s #teaching or #perimenopause or a combination of both and other stuff. We’ve been back a week and I’m in bed by 8pm.

Going in to school (work) today to prep for next week. Can concentrate better there away from the fridge, cats, TV and garden!
