Please enjoy this notion for a moment: at work for 1st time since Oct [I think; usually WFH] for a meeting w/HR about my [non-] office attendance. Colleagues invite me to Starbucks @ lunch 'cos it's near. Never a fave & it'll be heaving. I haven't been in a shop for 5yrs, 5 months. I'm going. Gulp.

No *you* just spent almost your entire lunch hour making a big bowl of salad you now can't be arsed to eat.

It's Mental Health Awareness Week; at work HR wants us [hundreds of staff] to 'get our steps in', 'move more for our mental health' & 'join in a challenge' via a corporate Strava page. I'm SO heartened by that page. Looks like colleagues are with me on Team OhDoFeckOffWeAreShortstaffedAndKnackered.
