Horse poo - I was an out of state student that benefitted from an in-state tuition waiver to Oklahoma State. There are a ton of of students from Texas who benefit from this policy just like I did. This law - that keeps students in state!! - isn’t taking funds away from out-of-state students.

That mask is an instant giveaway, along with outdated PPE we banned a long time ago. I like to think my fellow construction folks are smart enough to recognize this d-bag and his kind.
