Imagine a prison that loses money each time a prisoner is released. They have no incentive to rehabilitate, but plenty to keep their cells full.

Let's call it what it is. Murder. Our military is obeying orders to murder citizens of other countries.

It does not matter if they were sitting or standing atop the remains of a damaged boat or in the water and holding on to the damaged boat. They were stranded and possibly even wounded. These two men were murdered.
