Nah, I feel the same. I think it’s ok to be upset about something we love. Maybe cheering for a team feels silly but we’re all entitled to those silly things to love. Life’s too short to be pragmatic about everything.

Ghee has high smoking point too. I wouldn’t use butter but ghee tends to be ok and adds the buttery flavour ☺️
