When body says ‘NO’ you’d better believe it! If sitting and want to stand, and legs don’t react, it means not enough energy available at that time. Doesn’t mean I don’t want too! Hard to explain to those unfamiliar with #PEM Thanks for trying to spread the knowledge. We are too busy trying to pace 😉

@friendlycovid19.bsky.social why am I not surprised to find you here? You DO get around! 🤣 But that’s your aim in life (or death). Thankfully you haven’t caught up with me yet (have test to prove it 😝). Sadly, most of my family and some friends, not so lucky. OOD vaccines in Aust not helping. ☹️

So ridiculous that we don’t have #Novavax as an option here in Australia. All due to an incompetent Health Minister who appears to have made an exclusive deal with another Pharma company. That shit should be illegal! He continues to ignore the pleas from 1,000’s who want the option!
