I think the sustrans article you shared has some if you read further down where it mentions an Edinburgh scheme that showed a significant reduction. I have seen Welsh data that shows the same - will try and find a link. In Wales we're seeing our insurance premiums down too.

"Telling" only in the sense that she advises Western governments on the basis of facts and evidence about a topic she's a proven expert on with no fear or favour? Admirable.
