Empire biscuits, a Scottish treat.
Eight empire biscuits in a circle, one of them in the centre. They are shortbread style biscuits consisting of two sandwiched with a raspberry jam centre, white icing over upper biscuit and a small sugar jelly sweet stuck in the middle of each one.

Kept this supermarket basil alive for a couple of months now using the repot-and-only-water-from-the-bottom method.
It works.

Finally cracked opened a linocut beginner kit received as a birthday present nearly five years ago.

Tricky keeping in mind that carved out bits are negative space.

Varying results but what a enjoyable and relaxing process!

Bit dramatic.

Still using up cotton yarn left over from my old 100 3D Crochet Squares project.
Finally finished this bit of knitting.
Hadn’t knitted for years so it took some time, but moved house in the middle of it so that’s my excuse.
