He’s gonna try that’s for sure. It’s been challenged before and the SCOTUS upheld it. But who knows with this corrupt court.

He didn’t end birthright citizenship…. Yet. The 14th Amendment won’t allow it. There will be lawsuits and maybe the hateful Supreme Court will actually honor the constitution.
