Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers.

This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.

Auschwitz took time.

The quickest hour and a half ever is Pottery Class. 2 weeks work and a wee homage to Matsumoto's frogs. It's now away to be fired. Try something new, you might just surprise yourself!

Painted & fired. Rather delighted with how this turned out. Now to make its mast and sail.

The best thing about the schools going back on Monday......finally finishing this at pottery class !!
