Why a month to delete an account? Not that I use it, given who owns it, I left Facebook to protect my data years ago. Joined here and Threads to get away from crazy Twitter and obnoxious owner/posters, and now the shit on FB will get worse. Zuck/META are menaces to society and I'm done with them.

Leaving Threads due to addition of a new Board member at Meta. Deleting the account and this is the message, what gives? Deleting is deleting, why does it take a month? Are they busy, still on holiday? Do they need a moment to collect their thoughts and get over it already? Bizarre.
