I am not sure the greedy landlord thing works anymore in the uk. Landlord costs have gone through the roof. Nor, given the cost of heating, do I make any money from hosting a refuge (who is in all day) in my home. Happy to join you blaming governments.

Is the inverse true? If we convert parts of roads to cycle or tram ways? Would we decrease car use? Come on UK! Works in some cities like Cambridge.
