Headteacher and MG book addict. Also partial to horses and dogs. Views my own.
When did a children’s book last take you on a nanobot ride into the lungs? That’s what happens in Super Questers Mission: Rainforest Magic and it is one on my personal highlights. @questfriendz.bsky.social @pauliancross.bsky.social

Something else that fascinated me in Super Questers Mission:Rainforest Magic is the rainforest being a ‘medicine cabinet’ . Great for children to understand its importance! @questfriendz.bsky.social @pauliancross.bsky.social

The first thing that captivated me in Super Questers Rainforest Magic was the fireflies. They have long held a fascination for me and would have loved to know the science back when I was a child! @questfriendz.bsky.social @pauliancross.bsky.social

For the last 2 years my KS2 and I have enjoyed @ldlapinski.bsky.social Stepfather Christmas on the countdown to Christmas. Is there to be a third? Any suggestions if not will be gratefully received.

Day 3 of the blog tour with @mrsfe77.bsky.social. Here is what she thinks of the new book!
It is my turn on the #SuperQuesters blog tour and on publication day too! Mission:River Crest Rescue is such a fun book with cute characters - goodies and baddies - with equal amounts of STEM learning. Heliotropism!! Beaver dam construction! Code breaking! @questfriendz.bsky.social

Completely agree with you @ldlapinski.bsky.social Loved Klaus by Grant Morrison and Dan Mora. Hasn’t realised when I read Sprouts by Sibeal Pounder recently that Krampus was an actual ‘thing’. Now to decide if sharing in school…..
