I can only speak for my part of Spain, (Costa Cálida) we don’t have bin collections from outside our property but we (the residents) have to take our rubbish and recycling to bins at the end of our street. The bin men/women then come round midnight ish to empty them

My husband and I are both retreads. We were going to have a small wedding but the MIL kept interfering so we called it off and went to the Registry office with 5 people then went to the pub. We had a similar backlash which gave me the excuse to stop talking to loads of people. Win win

We were taught in home economics how to wash up. Glasses first, then cutlery, dishes, pans, ovenware. Wish someone had taught my husband. He’s an amazing cook but can’t wash up for shit, and despite me trying, for years, to show him he will still wash glasses last 😡
