I tried playing through XY a few times in the past 6 years and it never really felt as magical as I remembered it being. I was like,,,, 12? I'm not much of a fan of gens 6-8 of pokemon. BUT I've replayed Scarlet and Violet a lot. (Scarlet is my 5th most played switch game, barely beating Engage)
