According to Pew research 26.1m are not exempt from work requirements, and 11.5m of those work full time and 5.1m work part time leaving 9.5m. Of those, 3.2m are caregivers, 1.7m are in school and 2.6m cite illness or disability. Hardly 34m being added to the workforce.
