Dropped Twin 2 off for flight back to US for spring semester. It's the 1st time I've been genuinely worried about her living in the States. 18 months and counting till she's home ⚽

In the spirit of Orwell, some teachers are more equal than others. By denying non-academised sixth forms the full pay rise DofE puts our collective pay structure at risk. Academised SFCs are withholding payrises to their staff out of solidarity but for how long? JR + NEU 3 days of strikes coming.
