My city likes to wait until I've shoveled our sidewalk (required, or else get fined), so snowplow gets all that bolder-like compacted snow people have driven over heaved onto the sidewalk.

I wrote their customer service about my issue. Their reply just repeated baggage size, folding bike size, then said they expect bikes to be allowed on Via next year. Hmm. I was going to buy a Brompton, but the Tern has 20 inch wheels and feels almost like a normal bike. And is much cheaper.
