Emailed my house representative, but I'm in Texas so my senators are Cruz and Cornyn. How the hell do I go about telling them to vote against this?

I have to see if I can make my way to PAX East some day. I loved PAX South and the PAX Pokemon League, but I could afford to go to South because it was in my hometown. Still upset that they pulled the plug on it.
