Mixing it with some yeast and warm water, getting a good kneading with the stand mixer. I went from dough mixing to oven in about 90 minutes. Baked at 500 degrees on a pizza steel in a Lloyd pan, I was pleased with the results.

I was in the line to have Lasher signed and on the spur of the moment I asked her to sign Private Parts. She laughed and said, "Sure". She asked "where?" and I said "across the picture."

I always cold ferment which does help getting blisters. You should have heard it crackling and popping after I pulled out of the oven
