Just sent in my audition for @deepblueink.bsky.social's AMAZING YouTube series Deep Space Discounts! While the chances of being contacted are slim, I figure I should maybe get active on socials just in case something were to happen 😉

Fossilized pineapple slice. Okay, it’s an Ichthyosaur’s eye bones. Yes, they had eye bones, aka scleral/sclerotic rings. Part of a fossil found by the amazing Mary Anning and her brother. Her brother found the skull in 1811 and she went back and found the neck region the next year- when she was 13!
