Ive found Owlcat's Rogue Trader CRPG to be a ton of fun, ive put like 300 hours into it so far. Combat is very satisfying and tactical, and the difficulty settings are super granular. Nowhere near as punishing as Owlcat's other CRPG projects, save a couple super hard fights.

3 action harm/heal is an emanation (as in, centered on yourself) and as the caster you can choose if the creature at the center of the emanation (you) is affected. You should never have to be affected by your own Heal spells unless you really want to take damage
