Yeah i love Buffy & Angel too, that episode of Buffy, again a good episode, so it makes sense that the SNW one was good too. Just not my preference and i don't enjoy them as much, not even sure why, just not what i enjoy. Can still appreciate how well they're done though!

Like the musical episode of SNW, I personally cannot stand most music episodes of TV shows, but there are SO many people that love them. For what it's worth, i still think it was a well-done episode, just not something i overly enjoy so wouldn't go out my way to watch it again.

Which is overall good for the franchise i love, keeps it relevant and new audiences attracted to it, keeps the old flame alive so to speak 😄

Yeah to be honest, there's some stuff in newer Trek that irks me, but i put that down to a "me" problem, i think that like a lot of media, it plays into the way society is at the time of writing/airing. So i always just think, even if i didn't like a scene or series, someone else usually does.

Could always stop at 769 🤷‍♂️

Completely agree, i mean, i know there are some pretty wild Star Trek plots, but this was a bit weak really, i love the message, but it's execution... i dunno, it's not complete crap as a film, but i don't think it's aged well 😂

I have come to realise, much like the bond franchise, that i like it all, just for different reasons and in different ways. All series' and movies in their own ways. Some movies and seasons of the show are better than others, but all part of the greater whole of something i love.
