I am happy to announce that my new article, The Nuances of Prosecutorial Nonenforcement (co-authored with @cbhessick.bsky.social), is forthcoming in Volume 67 of the William & Mary Law Review! After nearly two years of research and writing, I am so glad that this piece has such a wonderful home!
