Nah. I think there's usually explainable things that can account for perceived paranormal activity. However, if someone tells me they saw a ghost, I'm not gonna assume they're lying, and I'm open to the idea of them existing. I just haven't ever had a convincing encounter.

I fulfill tickets for a number of teams, though I'm not typical support. In my experience, just being pleasant is enough thanks, but if you really want, see if the tickets distinguish between closed and resolved. If it's resolved, you can probably leave a thanks, but if it's closed, best leave it.
