although I won't lie, i think the main issue with those communities is their sense of thinking that they're entitled to engage with whatever media they want due to their view of "freedom of expression".and also people on the internet will get mad at anything thanks to being anonymous.

you have a personal right to have an experience online that you want. not what they want. it's why muted words and "I'm not interested" exists on every social media. they should (theoretically) respect your right and discomfort and not interact with the comic

id say set your boundaries as soon as you can, or else this rapid growth of the comic may grow into a community you don't even want to be a part of, or they'll oust you like you said. set personal boundaries and have that block button on standby. i've had to block quite a bit of shedtwt...

this gave me the idea if you ever did acrylic standees, itd be cool if they had little keychain holes so you can connect the two with a lil chain

but walking into someone who has this in their room would be a bit unsettling now that i think abt it
