I'm Joe, and I'm a PNW-based thru #hiker, forager, cat dad, and outdoor storyteller.

I heard BlueSky might be a horizon of hope in this bleak social landscape. Like-minded people, make yourself known so we can connect!
The #NorthCascades are home to jagged peaks, towering trees, and gourmet #mushrooms. Even in late summer, you're pretty much guaranteed to find some tasty views AND #fungi.

I don’t have time to #thru-hike around the clock. A long weekend outing fits my lifestyle better.

I suspect I'm not the only one. But that doesn't mean you can't still visit iconic long trails. This year alone, I logged miles on the #AZT, #PCT, #CDT, and #PNT with the help of FarOut guides.

Can’t commit to a full thru-hike? No problem. Here’s how FarOut can help you section hike bite-sized sections of long trails.
