With tariffs on aluminum and steel, expect price increases on a lot of outdoor recreation equipment: bikes, snowshoes, crampons, hiking and ski poles, tents, cookware, camp stoves, and other items. If you're thinking of replacing or upgrading camping gear that uses steel or aluminum, better buy now.
