Constitutional Amendments to deal with Citizen's United have been introduced, but they never go anywhere. Most I've read, I don't think go far enough. Anyway I wrote one I think takes care of a few problems. Congress doesn't seem to try very hard for any such Amendment. Maybe the states should.
