Childbirth is traumatic. Women deserve support and care ! I was literally left “ holding the baby “ As I write this my wife is snoring beside me! Every day I am grateful for the NHS we worked in ! PS that baby is now a Physio !

All of our3 kids “birthed” at St Mary’s in Manchester. Last birth caused ruptured uterine artery ! I will never forget the experience and the care of the NHS ! Consultant told us they couldn’t predict it and 6 women die each year . That was in yr 2000 .

Wasn’t he born abroad ? ( rules him out of presidency/ recognise the comment implies VP ) . It will be interesting to see how the the current president reacts to all the election results .

I apologise. I read this as a “shock defecation” Which is “The sudden and messy departure of a long-term number 2 often accompanied by colourful commentary and rumours of landing in a different ideological toilet bowl. May leave behind a noticeable cleanup job for colleagues still in the room.

Thank you for sharing your experiences and I am sorry you have had to experience these. As a man of a certain age I am somewhat alarmed that urologists don’t think of the post procedural pain of the prostate biopsy !!! ( However forwarded is for-armed, should I ever need that procedure)

I think it’s from the British movie “Kes” and the boy is the “ Billy Casper” set in South Yorkshire UK in 1969 . He doesn’t have much in life but rescues a Kestril bird of prey and hand rears it . based on the book “ A Kestril for a Knave” by Barry Hines.

Reduce the number of houses that people can negatively gear . ( if someone who lives in their home and has 4 -ive houses they still benefit on those . They are still up on everyone else ) tax gas exports , reduce gearing and provide interest free loans to degrees - you might just help people.
