When teams being in vets (like we did on the OL/DL) that are older, do they see part of the benefit is showing the younger guys the right mentality? Ex: if they draft a center will he benefit from Kelleys knowledge and tenacity?

Second question: are there positions where you’d take free agents over rookies because the position takes a while to find out if the player is good (like o-line or corner)?

When Flores was hired you talked about him being great about finding “his guys” that others overlook. Seems like he did that last year - is this something thats teachable to the staff or more of a Flores thing?
