According to a #SouthernCaliforniaNewsGroup article, #California is home to 5 of the 8 U.S. metro areas where a six-figure income is necessary to be a financially comfortable #renter.
In LA County, renters need to make almost $119,000 annually, lest the rent take up more than 30% of your income.
