This is a follow up to our 2021 paper where we described spatially-organized gene expression changes at the tumor border. We now show that mechanical force exerted on cells at the invasive front leads to changes in nuclear, cytoskeletal, and chromatin architecture that favor invasion.

Second, women make terrific leaders. They tend to be organized and prepared. They also tend to be more empathic as they have often experienced more challenges and setbacks than men in similar positions. They tend to be more courageous, particularly when the stakes are high.
