Came in early to a flight training center in Prague and they told me there wasn't anything available. So I sat there in the lobby watching planes until they were annoyed and finally found someone to fly with me. Grass runway and flights over some beautiful castles!

That's lame. I've been fortunate to fly in four countries, and five cities this year. It's never easy initially but eventually I get booked. Usually use one of their instructors and don't bother to 'check out'. I just bring them along to do the hard work (local radio and airspace).🤣
