Yes, you're 100% correct. Recent months (and years) have painfully exposed my own naive understanding of many things. I'm a 63 year old Progressive retired Veteran who is barely hanging on to any respect for Americanism.

I do not recognize this country any more. Why this behavior isn't being shown on every TV news outlet in the country tells the world exactly who we are.

Controllers typically call traffic alerts by relative position to recipient of alert. Instead of the controller telling Blackhawk that traffic was "a CJR on approach", he should have stated "traffic, 11 o'clock, 1 mile". This is typical & eliminates search time for the pilot and potential confusion.
