Przyznam, że po wyczynach z aborcjami czy ministerstwem na granicy spraw dewiacji nie dziwi mnie nielogika kłócąca się z wcześniejszym podaniem o byciu "happy" z powodu "opiekunów rodzinnych osób z niepełnosprawnościami" - chyba, że one prze minister jednak idą w parze...?

You're right, these two matres lectionis are often found as confusing each other.
However, the text straightly coherent. I think it could have been caused involuntarily in the process of copying the manuscripts- there are many of such examples in the New Testament. It exists even in English dialects
