I'm hopeful for the future today. Not the immediate future but hopefully the not too distant future.

I keep hearing we're heading towards a distopian 1984 type future but I think that's misleading.
Our dystopian future will be much closer to Repo! The Genetic Opera! With Oligarchs crediting us into poverty until they decide we're worth more dead than alive. I at least hope the music is good!

Wow, Elon said in the press conference that they're posting everything they're doing on the DOGE website... That website appears to be 10% talking about government efficiency and 90% trying to grift on crypto meme coins.

Watching two most untrustworthy, corrupt, people I've ever seen give a press conference on how they're stopping corruption in a transparent way. Does anyone actually believe this BS? If so I got a bridge to sell you.

Why is this not on the news anywhere else? Been flipping through news channels all morning. Plane crash updates, Grammy updates, tarrif updates.... NOTHING on this shadowy billionaire takeover over the weekend!
